During this 90-minute guided boudoir self-portrait session, I'll go over this embodiment practice and then guide you through taking your own self-portraits, which you'll capture and reflect on during the session.
Boudoir self-portraits are a direct way to tap into your body and be physically present. Our sensuality is inherently part of us but so many of us shut ourselves off from this aspect of ourselves, and therefore from the gifts, knowledge, and intuition of our bodies.
Your body is the physical manifestation of your SELF and your Soul/Spirit/Guiding Self. Being comfortable in your body = being comfortable in this physical expression you’re in and being comfortable with yourself. Leaning into your physical expression in this way is a doorway to expressing yourself more fully and confidently in other areas of your life.
NOTE: These can be done with as much or as little clothing as you feel comfortable with. Specific instructions for how to prepare for and join the call will be provided after booking.
