2014
My path began following my first spiritual awakening in 2014, when I had an intense experience remembering my childhood as a psychic kid and I had a profound dream in which I was shown what my purpose was in this world. This experience completely shifted my life, and I miraculously healed from an eating and anxiety disorder overnight.

In 2015, I became a part of a spiritual community, and I wrote articles and blogs about my experience with mental health issues.

2017
After practicing my spiritual gifts on friends, family and whoever would let me – I opened my spiritual business - initially called Anu Vibrance. I did in person and virtual energy healing work and mediumship readings.

2018
My very first spirit baby appeared in a reading I was doing (you can listen to me tell the story in my book) I also committed to my mediumship abilities by doing a mediumship mentorship with a highly acclaimed medium. In this year, I started mentoring people on how to develop and hone their psychic abilities.

My business transformed from Anu Vibrance to Emily the Medium. I started officially offering spirit baby readings.

Everything changed! I got a clear instruction from my team in Spirit to focus the entirety of my work on spirit babies. I was told that these new souls, spirit babies, needed support navigating into the Earth plane.

I have mentored over 500 people in developing their spiritual gifts, written a bestselling book, and have a top rated podcast talking about a wide range of spiritual topics.
As you can see – my practice evolved in an unexpected and beautiful way over the years. I found myself connecting not only with souls who have left this world but also with those preparing to enter it—what I lovingly call ‘spirit babies.’ These incoming souls are here with a purpose: to help us collectively raise the vibration and bring balance to our world. I now focus on guiding individuals and families through the sacred transition of conception, pregnancy, and birth, offering a bridge between the spiritual and the physical, life and death.

Spirit babies is a term that describes the energies of your past (stillbirth or losses) present (current pregnancy) or future (future pregnancy) children. Spirit babies can also be energies of our soul family that are around us with no plans to incarnate. Another term I love to use for spirit babies is incoming souls. Prior to birth, the energies of our children are sentient and conscious. They have desires, needs and love to communicate with their future parents.

Most likely, yes! Because of the sheer velocity of souls looking to enter the Earth plane, every single person I’ve ever met has had a spirit baby connected to them in some way. However, sometimes spirit babies have to find other paths into our lives, and though a spirit baby may be connected to you, an incarnation is not guaranteed.
